Year-round cruise and airport transfers from every area we cover
The stations, airports, London districts and counties listed on this page are not only for the summer cruise season. Southampton has ships in port through the winter too, with festive itineraries leaving mostly between 19 and 22 December, MSC Preziosa sailing on Christmas Day, Queen Mary 2's regular transatlantic crossings, and repositioning voyages such as Celebrity Apex's departure for Port Canaveral on 18 October. We run from the same areas, at fixed per-vehicle fares, for all of them.
Winter changes how we plan, not where we go. Shorter daylight, fog on the M3, M27 and M25, frost on rural approaches and holiday engineering works on the railways all affect journey times. Drivers check conditions the evening before, collect earlier where needed and track ships and flights in real time. For journeys that have nothing to do with a cruise, the same areas are covered by our airport transfers and executive routes, so a January flight from Heathrow or Gatwick is booked in exactly the same way.
- Same coverage in winter as in summer, from London postcodes to the counties
- Departure times adjusted for fog, frost and darker mornings
- Ships and flights tracked, so late winter arrivals do not leave you stranded
- Saloon, MPV and larger group vehicles for heavy winter luggage
For trips without a ship involved, start with our airport transfers or executive routes, both available from the same areas all year.
Questions
Do you cover places that are not listed here?
Yes. We collect from any address in London and the south of England, and further afield on request. Enter your address on the booking page for an exact fixed fare.
Are the fares per person?
No. Every fare is for the whole vehicle, with luggage included. A saloon takes up to 4 people with 2 large cases and an MPV up to 6 with 4 cases.
Do you run transfers in both directions?
Yes. Every route works to the ship at the start of your cruise and from the ship at the end, at the same fare. Book both together and the pair costs 1.9 times the single fare.
Which Southampton cruise terminals do you serve?
All five: Ocean, QEII, City, Horizon and Mayflower. The driver drops you at your terminal's set-down area and, at the end of the cruise, waits there while you disembark.
Do you cover these areas for winter, festive and repositioning sailings too?
Yes. Every station, airport, London area and county on this page is covered year-round, not just in summer. That includes Christmas and New Year departures, Christmas Day sailings such as MSC Preziosa, Queen Mary 2's transatlantic crossings and autumn repositioning voyages. Wherever you start, the price is quoted per vehicle and fixed when you book.
How do you keep track of ships and flights in winter weather?
Drivers follow ships' live positions and berthing updates, and flight arrivals in real time, rather than relying on scheduled times. Storms can delay a ship past its usual 06:00 berthing and fog can disrupt flights, so the pickup moves with the actual arrival. You do not need to call us to change it.
Can I book an airport transfer from these areas when I am not cruising?
Yes. The same areas are served for Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and other airport runs throughout the year, with the same fixed-fare booking and luggage included. Our airport transfers and executive routes pages have the details, or you can ask us for a quote from your postcode.
