The terminal
Southampton has five cruise terminals: Ocean, QEII, City, Mayflower and Horizon. Oceania confirms the terminal in your cruise documents. Your cruise documents confirm the terminal for your sailing, and your driver drops you at the right one. See the five Southampton cruise terminals.
Fixed fares start from £146 from the Heathrow area and £176 from central London, per car rather than per person, with luggage included. The MPV is +£15. Your fare is confirmed before you pay.

Oceania sailings in the shoulder months, and a Stonehenge stop in short daylight
Oceania's Southampton sailings on Marina, Insignia and Vista are concentrated in summer, but anyone joining a ship at the edges of the season, or on a repositioning voyage, wants the same unhurried arrival as everyone else. In autumn and early spring that means planning around the conditions: darker mornings, mist on the M3, and the occasional storm that shifts a ship's arrival time. We collect from London hotels, Heathrow and private addresses, and plan the drive so you reach the terminal with time to spare rather than in a rush.
A stop at Stonehenge on the way to the ship or back to Heathrow is still possible outside summer, but daylight is the limiting factor. On a late-autumn afternoon the light fades early, so a visit works better in the late morning or around midday. Build it into your transfer and the driver will wait while you walk round the stones, with the car warm for the rest of the journey. On a wet or windy day you may prefer to go straight to the ship and leave Stonehenge for another trip.
- Car warm and waiting while you visit the stones on a cold afternoon.
- Flights into Heathrow tracked, so autumn fog delays move the pickup.
- No train connections to juggle when engineering works affect the line.
- Room for heavier shoulder-season wardrobes as well as cases.
Between sailings, our VIP chauffeur service covers winter days out, and the Heathrow to Bath executive car suits a few nights in Bath before or after a cruise.
Questions
Do you run Oceania transfers for autumn, spring or repositioning sailings?
Yes. We take Oceania passengers to Southampton in every month the ships sail, including repositioning voyages and departures at either end of the summer season. The service is the same as in July: a fixed fare for the vehicle with luggage included, collection from your London hotel, Heathrow or home, and a pickup time set around your check-in.
How do you follow a late-arriving Oceania ship on a stormy morning?
We watch the ship's actual docking, not just the scheduled time. Early morning, typically about 06:00, is when ships come alongside, but strong winds can delay arrival or change the berth slot. Your driver adjusts to the real time and meets you outside the terminal, then heads for Heathrow, London or wherever you are going next.
Does a Stonehenge stop still work on a late-autumn transfer?
It can, if you plan around the light. Daylight is short later in the year, so a late-morning or midday stop works better than an afternoon one. Tell us when you book and we will build the stop into the timing, making sure it does not squeeze your check-in or your flight from Heathrow.
Do you offer executive cars to the cruise terminal?
Yes. Choose an executive saloon or MPV when you book.
Can you collect us from a London hotel?
Yes. We collect from any London hotel and drive you to the terminal at a fixed price.
Can we stop at Stonehenge on the way?
Yes, if time allows before check-in. Ask when you book and we will include the stop in your fare.
Do you meet flights at Heathrow?
Yes. We track your flight and include 60 minutes of free waiting.
