Cruise line transfers to Southampton: P&O, Cunard, MSC, Royal Caribbean and more
Book your cruise transfer in under a minute. One price for the whole car, agreed before you travel – no meter, no surge.

Every line boards at Southampton on its own schedule, and often at a different terminal. We time your pickup from Heathrow, Gatwick or London to your line's actual check-in window — not a generic departure board — and the fixed fare covers whichever of the five terminals your ship uses.
P&O Cruises
P&O is Southampton's biggest resident and typically boards at Ocean or Mayflower Terminal; your e-ticket confirms which. Check-in is staggered by deck, so there is no benefit arriving hours early — we set your pickup so you land inside your slot. See the current windows in our check-in times by cruise line guide.
Cunard
Cunard sailings usually use the Queen Elizabeth II Terminal, the line's traditional home in the Eastern Docks. Many Cunard guests fly into Heathrow the day before; the Heathrow transfer from £146 runs about 75 to 90 minutes, or you can make a day of it with a stop at Winchester or Stonehenge en route.
MSC Cruises
MSC generally boards at the City or Horizon terminals in the Western Docks. MSC's published boarding times matter more than most lines’ — arrive far outside your slot and you will wait — so tell us your window and we plan backwards from it.
Royal Caribbean and Celebrity
Royal Caribbean and Celebrity sailings normally use Horizon or City Terminal. These are the lines most often booked by guests flying in from the US; if you are landing at Heathrow that morning, read our note on embarkation day timing before booking a same-day flight.
Norwegian, Princess and others
NCL, Princess, Fred. Olsen and the smaller lines rotate between terminals by sailing. Whatever your paperwork says, the fare does not change and the driver confirms the terminal against your ship on the day.
How the pickup time is set
Tell us your ship, sailing date and check-in time when you book. We combine the drive time from your pickup point, a traffic buffer, and your line's window — and for post-cruise pickups we track disembarkation the same way for the return leg to the airport. Check your fare and book online.
Winter and repositioning sailings, line by line
Not every line on this page sails from Southampton in winter, but several keep going outside the summer. Queen Mary 2 makes regular transatlantic crossings, MSC Preziosa sails on Christmas Day 2026, and Celebrity Apex closes its 2026 Southampton season with a repositioning voyage to Port Canaveral on 18 October. We time each pickup to the line's own check-in window, which stays the same in winter even when the roads do not.
Festive sailings are where line-by-line timing matters most. With most Christmas cruises leaving from 19 to 22 December 2026, several lines can be turning ships around on the same day across different terminals. Telling us the line and ship means we head for the right dock gate first time: Gate 4 for Ocean and QEII, Gate 10 for City and Horizon, Gate 20 for Mayflower.
- Pickup matched to your line's check-in window, not a generic time
- Correct dock gate for the ship, even on crowded festive turnaround days
- Ship tracked on return, so storm delays are absorbed
- Extra luggage for long crossings fits an MPV
Between sailings, our executive routes and airport transfers run on the same fixed-fare basis.
Questions
Which cruise lines do you cover for winter and repositioning sailings?
Any line sailing from Southampton, in any month. In winter that typically means festive itineraries, Queen Mary 2's transatlantic crossings, and end-of-season repositioning voyages like Celebrity Apex's departure on 18 October. Give us the ship name and we will confirm the terminal and time the pickup to that line's check-in.
What if bad weather moves my ship's arrival on the return leg?
We track the ship, not the published schedule. If a storm holds it back or changes its berth time, your driver adjusts accordingly and meets you as you come out. If you are connecting to a flight, we will discuss the timings with you as soon as the delay becomes clear.
What if my ship uses a different terminal than expected?
Nothing changes. The fixed fare covers all five Southampton cruise terminals and the driver confirms the berth on the day.
Do you track flights for pre-cruise pickups?
Yes. Airport pickups are flight-tracked, and the driver adjusts to the actual landing time at no extra cost.
Can you take us back to the airport after the cruise?
Yes — see cruise connections for ship-to-flight timings from Southampton to Heathrow and Gatwick.
