Portsmouth cruise terminal transfers
Portsmouth International Port is on the eastern side of the harbour, a few minutes off the M275 and about 75 miles from central London. We drive to the cruise terminal from London, Heathrow, Gatwick, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire, with a TfL-licensed chauffeur and a fixed fare agreed before you book.
TfL-licensed private hire operator (licence 11588). Fixed fare per vehicle, luggage included, meet and greet, flight tracking and 60 minutes free waiting after landing.
Where we drop you at Portsmouth International Port
The port has a single passenger terminal shared by ferries and cruise ships, with a dedicated cruise check-in and a set-down area directly outside; follow the signs for cruise rather than the ferry lanes. It is the easiest of the south-coast ports to reach from the motorway: the M275 runs straight from the M27 into the port gates, so there is no city-centre traffic to cross.

How the day works
Your driver's name, phone number and registration are sent before you travel. On sailing day we collect you at the time you choose, and we suggest arriving at the terminal inside the check-in window on your cruise documents rather than at opening time, when the queue is longest. At the port the driver takes you to the luggage drop so your cases go straight to the ship, then you walk into check-in with hand luggage only. For disembarkation, give us your ship's arrival time and the driver is waiting when you come through the terminal; the first 60 minutes after the time you give us are free waiting.
Portsmouth is 20 miles from Southampton, so if you are joining a ship here after a Southampton arrival, or combining the two ports on a back-to-back cruise, it is a short run.
Flying in or out
If you fly into Heathrow or Gatwick first, your driver meets you in arrivals with a name board, tracks the flight, and the fare includes 60 minutes of waiting after landing. After the cruise we can take you straight to the airport, or to London for a night before you fly.
