Do you run on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day?
Yes. Woodford Chauffeur Cars runs 24 hours a day, every day of the festive period, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, at the same fixed fares.
Is there a festive surcharge?
No. The fixed fare quoted when you book is the fare you pay, whatever the date or time. There is no surge pricing and no bank-holiday uplift.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number. If you land early or late the pick-up moves with you at no extra cost, and you get 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment the aircraft lands.
Do you do meet and greet?
Yes. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. If you would rather be collected at the pick-up zone to save time, just say so when you book.
Can you carry 6 people with Christmas luggage?
Yes. An 8-seater minibus carries up to 8 passengers with luggage; for 5-6 people with large suitcases we recommend the 8-seater rather than an MPV. Child seats and boosters are available on request.
How far in advance should I book for Christmas?
Book as soon as you have your flight details. Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and 2-4 January are the busiest days; a week ahead is ideal, but same-day bookings are often possible by phone or WhatsApp.
