Harwich cruise terminal transfers
Harwich International Port is at Parkeston on the Essex coast, about 85 miles from central London at the end of the A12 and A120. We drive to the cruise terminal from London, Heathrow, Stansted, Essex and Suffolk, with a TfL-licensed chauffeur and a fixed fare agreed before you book.
TfL-licensed private hire operator (licence 11588). Fixed fare per vehicle, luggage included, meet and greet, flight tracking and 60 minutes free waiting after landing.
Where we drop you at Harwich International Port
Cruise ships use the passenger terminal at Parkeston Quay, shared with the Hook of Holland ferry; follow the cruise signs on arrival and the set-down is outside the terminal doors. Harwich is a long run from London and the last stretch on the A120 is single-carriageway in places, so we quote a generous journey time rather than a fast one.

How the day works
Your driver's name, phone number and registration are sent before you travel. On sailing day we collect you at the time you choose, and we suggest arriving at the terminal inside the check-in window on your cruise documents rather than at opening time, when the queue is longest. At the port the driver takes you to the luggage drop so your cases go straight to the ship, then you walk into check-in with hand luggage only. For disembarkation, give us your ship's arrival time and the driver is waiting when you come through the terminal; the first 60 minutes after the time you give us are free waiting.
Stansted is the closest airport for Harwich; if you are flying in for the cruise, it is usually the better choice over Heathrow.
Flying in or out
If you fly into Heathrow or Gatwick first, your driver meets you in arrivals with a name board, tracks the flight, and the fare includes 60 minutes of waiting after landing. After the cruise we can take you straight to the airport, or to London for a night before you fly.
