Stansted Airport private-jet (FBO) chauffeur transfers
Stansted's private-jet terminals are on the opposite side of the airfield from the passenger terminal, with their own entrances off the A120 and Bury Lodge Lane. We collect from Harrods Aviation or Signature Aviation and drive to central London, Cambridge, the Essex and Hertfordshire home counties, or the Southampton cruise terminals, in a Mercedes with a TfL-licensed chauffeur and a fixed fare agreed before you book.

How a private-jet pick-up works at Stansted Airport
Give us the tail number or flight reference, your handling agent and your estimated arrival time when you book. Your chauffeur waits in the FBO reception with a name board, or at the kerb outside if your handler prefers, and takes your bags from the lounge to the car. Airside collection at the aircraft steps is only possible where your handling agent arranges it; if they do, tell us and we will follow their instructions. For departures we plan the journey so you arrive at the FBO about 20 minutes before your slot, which is all a private terminal needs.
We track flights where tracking data is available for private movements; if yours is not visible, we work to the time you give us and your driver's number is sent in advance so you can update us from the air or on landing. The first 60 minutes of waiting after your stated arrival time are free.

Tell us which handling agent you are using: the FBOs are a few minutes apart by road and are not signposted from the passenger terminal. Central London is reached via the M11 and A406 or the A12 for the City and Canary Wharf; Southampton is the M11, M25 and M3, so a cruise transfer from Stansted is one of the longer runs we do and a V-Class is worth considering for comfort as well as luggage.
