What if our private flight is delayed or arrives early?
Private flight times change frequently, so we track your aircraft using its tail number and remain in contact with your crew, handler or office. 60 minutes of free waiting is included from the actual landing time. If your flight arrives early, the chauffeur is already in position, as we arrive well ahead of the scheduled ETA.
Can you meet us on the apron at Farnborough?
Airside access at Farnborough is controlled by the airport and must be arranged in advance. If you require it, tell us when booking and we will apply on your behalf; approval is at the airport's discretion. Otherwise, your chauffeur meets you as you leave the terminal, takes your luggage and walks you to the car.
Do you cover late-night or early-morning private flights?
Yes. Private aviation does not work office hours, and neither do we: late-evening arrivals and pre-dawn departures from Farnborough are routine for our chauffeurs. Every fare is fixed before you book: early-morning and late-night journeys have no meter, and any peak-time or holiday surcharge is shown on the booking page before you pay. Your quote is agreed in advance, with no surcharges added on the day for parking or delays within your included waiting time.
How much luggage fits in each vehicle?
The Maybach takes up to three passengers, and the S-Class takes up to three passengers with two large cases. When luggage exceeds that, we recommend adding a V-Class, which carries up to seven passengers and six or seven large cases. This keeps the principal's car uncluttered and gets everything to the destination together.
What happens if we cancel or our flight is postponed?
Private flight plans can change at short notice, and we understand that. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pickup. If the flight is simply moved to a different time or day, your flight department or office can let us know and we will rearrange the booking, keeping the same chauffeur wherever possible.
How long does it take to get from Farnborough Airport to central London?
Mayfair is around 38 miles from Farnborough. Outside peak hours, the drive takes about an hour to an hour and a quarter via the M3, M25 and M4 or the A3. At weekday peaks, especially in the evening, allow an hour and a half to two hours. We plan the route based on live traffic.
Can you provide more than one car for an entourage?
Yes. We regularly arrange coordinated movements with a Maybach or S-Class for the principal and one or more V-Class vehicles for staff, security and luggage. The cars travel together, the chauffeurs share one plan, and your office has a single point of contact for the whole movement.
Do you cover the Farnborough International Airshow?
Yes. The Airshow is held in July in even-numbered years, and road access around the airport is heavily managed that week. We plan routes and timings for exhibitors and delegates well in advance. Book early, as demand for executive vehicles near Farnborough is extremely high during the show.
