If the aircraft is diverted to another airfield such as Farnborough, let us know and we will redirect the chauffeur wherever possible.
Can the car meet me at the aircraft?
Vehicle access close to the aircraft depends on the airport's rules and your handling agent's arrangements, and must be approved in advance. Where it is permitted, we will coordinate the details with your handler. Otherwise your chauffeur waits at the terminal kerb, ready to load luggage as soon as you clear the building.
How long does it take to reach central London from Biggin Hill?
