Booking the table and the car
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day lunch bookings fill by early December; most restaurants publish a set festive menu with a fixed price per head. Book the return car at the same time: tell us the table time and we schedule the pick-up for after dessert, with no waiting charge if the speeches run long.
